How Support works?

When you call us for Online Job Support. Before starting to the next process, first we will arrange the demo session for 1 hour through any desktop sharing application with our Support Persons.

The Purpose of the session is to Share the Screen and show your project structure and functional flow of your application to our Support Person.

We saved hundreds of jobs and are supporting many others for last several years. Few of our customers are with us for last 3-4 years.

For the person who is taking support.

  • Please explain your project to the mentor.
  • What are the tools used in your Project.
  • What are the technologies or framework used in the Project.
  • So it will be easy for Mentor/Consultant person to go through your project.
  • You can ask years of experience and the technologies he worked on, in the demo call itself, so you will get more confident.

For Mentor/Consultant

  • What are the tools and tech stack they are using in the Project.
  • As in the demo call we only try to get both of you comfortable with tech stack.
  • Please ask question realted to the project, tech and functional flow.
  • Explian any sample task if they have any, like how you will do the work.

Terms And Conditions

  • Please don't ask contact details of anyone as its a breach of company policy.
  • Please discuss in the demo call itself, if the both of you are 100% confident and comfortable, then only we will provide service.
  • Don't expect mentor/consultant will finish your task in the demo call itself, as it is not actual call so you can ask whatever related to your project tech stack with our mentor.
  • Please do not expect us to do your 8 hours of job in 30 minutes or in demo call itself. We are also humnan beings we also need time to understand your project, once we understand your project we can solved the problem faster.
  • Come only when you are sure that you are unable to do the work alone and you need a person for help.
  • Please do not play the trick like 'I want you to finish the first task then I will pay you and after finishing the task saying that I don't want support'. We are realy putting our efforts and time to understand your project and guiding you to the right direction.
  • If you feel comfortable with our mentor/consultant, then you have to make advance payment after the demo call to get the services from us.
  • Our Resource provides support for 1 to 2 hours per day in weekdays that is Monday to Friday.
  • Usually we don’t work in weekends. But however, if you buried under work with a project to be completed? No worries. We make exceptions and support you on weekends too.

Demo call is the very first call with client and mentor/consultant, both will discuss the technologies or tech stack what is used in the project and the kind of day to day work what client is having.
Note: Don't expect we will finish your first task in the demo call itself. It is not meant to finish the task.
We generally finds the best match mentor/consultant with the tech stack provided by client. If still you are not comfortable with the mentor/consultant then we will arrange another demo call with best match guy.
We can connect using Zoom, Webex, TeamViewer etc. This will totaly depends on the client. On top of this we will give you one cordinator who will arrange call with client and mentor/consultant on daily basis.

We have consultants who are having 10+ years of experience and working in multinational companies.

We provide flexible timings, that we can discuss and agreed mutually in demo call.

In our regular plan, we provide support for 5 days a week(Monday to Friday) daily 1 to 2 hours of support, it would be provided based on your current task.

We have regular monthly support which you can avail for long term basis.

After the demo call, if both client and mentor/consultant both are comfortable with each other tech stack then client has to pay in advance so we can continue the next sessions.
You can transfer amount via UPI, NEFT, IMPS, Western Union, Remitly or Joom (Paypal).
